What does a visit cost without insurance?
$250 for a new patient and $150 for a follow-up. Pelvic floor therapy is priced separately. See Insurance & Pricing for the full rates.
Are labs and prescriptions included?
No. Where your insurance covers them they are billed to your plan, and what you pay depends on your individual insurance plan coverage.
Can I use my HSA or FSA? Can I get a superbill?
We accept HSA and FSA. We do provide superbills.
Is pelvic floor therapy covered by insurance?
Pelvic floor therapy is self-pay for now, and we are working to add insurance for it. We provide superbills you can submit to your plan, and we accept HSA and FSA. Rates are on Insurance & Pricing.
